The recording for Turn the World Around starts with the first phrase, “We come from the fire…turn the world around” repeated three times. There has been a change since the recording. We will sing it two times.

Turn the World Around “Walk-through”

M.1—piano starts. M.4—we clap with the piano. M.5-8 sing as written. Repeat. M. 9-12—4 measure “move” (patsch, patsch, clap, tap chest). M.13-28—as written, with the “move” during the 4 measure rests. (I think of pages 2-4 as singing “We come from the river…” four times—two times in a row and two other times with the “move” in between.)

M.29-56—as written.

M.57-60—we sing this twice. (Little words above measure 57 says to sing it 4 times.)

M.61-68—no repeat at M.68

M.69-the end—as written
